     The astral plane, also called the astral realm or the astral world, is a plane of existence postulated by classical, medieval, oriental, and esoteric philosophies and mystery religions .In other words , astral world  exist according to many religions of the world. It is the place where being containing higher consciousness  recites .

 

     According to Hindu religion astral world is located 7 sky away  from the earth . Mordent science   believes that it can be in other galaxy . However an person with high consciousness can enter astral world . Many great saints and yogis claim that they has the abelite to enter this world, they describes this place is more developed and peaceful then us . The people has super natural powers and they live 1000 of year long . To understand  this word we need to know about energies .According to Elbert Einstein every matter present on the earth is made of energy , that cannot be created nor be destroyed.



Every matter is formed with five elements earth , water , fire , air , water and space . A individual can enter astral Realm on the bases of their karmas mentioned by Paramhansa Yogananda in his book autobiography of yogi , he gained this knowledge from his guru. Once an individual has attained the meditative state of nirvikalpa samadhi in an earthy or astral incarnation, the soul may progress upward to the "illumined astral planet" of Hiranyaloka.  A soul can visit that place by doing good karmas which is known as swarg and the person who commits sin goes to nark according to Hindu religion . 


Agglomerating the above discussion ,it is evident that astral Realm exist and many people had experienced that . many scientist agreed to this statement  and Recherche is going on to find this another world .This can be on other dimension too .
